These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autofront platform, services, websites, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Autofront is an autonomous website-delivery engine. It accepts a natural-language description of a website, generates the design and code for that website, and deploys it to one or more third-party hosting providers (e.g. Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Railway, GitHub, SFTP/cPanel, or DTRAS-G's own Autofront Cloud).
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up, keep your credentials confidential, and accept full responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Plans, Credits & Billing
- The Service is offered on subscription tiers and credit top-up packs as published on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled by you.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited; by submitting payment information you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly indicated. Applicable GST will be added at checkout.
- Subscription credits expire 30 days after issue. Top-up credits do not expire.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or host content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or to operate a competing site-generation product.
- Circumvent rate limits, credit allowances, or other technical restrictions.
5. Your Content & Generated Output
You retain ownership of all content, prompts, brand assets, and instructions you submit ("Your Content"). For websites generated for you, the Company assigns to you full ownership of the resulting source code and assets, subject only to any open-source license obligations of the underlying frameworks (Next.js, Tailwind, etc.). You grant the Company a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including, without limitation, Anthropic (LLM inference), Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, Railway, GitHub, AWS, and Razorpay (payments). The Company is not responsible for outages or actions of these providers, but will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The Autofront platform, including the agent orchestration, prompts, models, software, and brand marks, is and remains the property of DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach uncured for 30 days after written notice. The Company may suspend the Service immediately for breach of Section 4 (Acceptable Use) or for non-payment.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before initiating litigation, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
