Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of AutoFront and Orqent Labs (the “Services”), operated by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited (“DTRAS-G”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

AutoFront builds and deploys websites and apps from your brief. Orqent Labs is a marketplace where you can hire independent engineers to extend and scale a product, with payments held in escrow until work is delivered and approved.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes, and not to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Orqent Labs marketplace

Customers post a budget (a bid); engineers submit bids; our team reviews the bids with an AI recommendation and awards the work. For awarded outside engineers, funds are held in escrow and released on delivery and your approval. The platform fee is 30% of the project value and the engineer receives 70%; applicable taxes (including GST) are charged on the platform fee. The minimum project value is ₹5,000. Where DTRAS-G’s in-house team delivers the work, the full amount is payable to DTRAS-G. Engineers engaged through Orqent Labs are independent contractors, not employees of DTRAS-G.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge the amounts shown to you. Invoices are issued for platform fees inclusive of applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide and, on full payment, of the deliverables produced for your project. The AutoFront engine, platform, and underlying technology remain the property of DTRAS-G.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTRAS-G is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant Service in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: bd@dtrasglobal.com.
