This Privacy Policy explains how DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited (“DTRAS-G”, “we”, “us”), the operator of AutoFront and Orqent Labs (together, the “Services”), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account & contact data: name, email, phone, company, and the details you enter when you sign up, build a site, post a hiring request, or create an engineer profile.

Project data: the briefs, prompts, content, and files you provide so we can build or modify your website or app.

Payment data: payments are processed by our gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details; we retain only transaction references, amounts, and status needed for accounting and support.

Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and cookies used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the Services; to build, deploy, and maintain your sites; to run the Orqent Labs marketplace (matching requests, escrow, payouts, invoices); to process payments and prevent fraud; to provide support; to comply with law; and to communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Services (e.g. Razorpay for payments, Supabase for hosting, deployment and infrastructure partners), with engineers you choose to engage through Orqent Labs (limited to what is needed to deliver your project), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data security & retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security on our databases. Engineer payout details are stored separately and are never shown publicly. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. To exercise these rights, email bd@dtrasglobal.com.
